Delivery Area: In the United States, Remote islands such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska are unavailable.
Order Processing Time
· It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
· Generally, orders are shipped within 3-15working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
· Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours（9 am-7 pm GMT+08:00）, except on holidays. In these instances

Before your order is shipped, ROSEPROM site must process your orders and pass strict quality control tests on all your projects. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the separate shipping time
Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
In general, depending on the complexity of the dresses.Processing time differs from category to category. Please refer to the table below for more precise processing to better estimate when you will receive your order:

Note:
Specific processing time depends on the items. The delivery time of accessories, swatches and ome itemsdepends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock.
Rush Order
We also offer an expedited service for customers who need a dress urgently. You can choose the “Rush Order” service for some styles. Select your desired Arrival Date from the options on our product page. If you choose an early date, the system will automatically calculate the extra cost for rush production, which will be visible on the price. To ensure we have enough time to create a better-fitting and more sophisticated dress, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
