Processing Your Order
Depending on your ordered item, the processing/tailoring time will differ slightly.
Ready-Made Items
A selection of our products is ready-made, meaning these items are in stock and ready to be shipped. They usually take less than 48 hours to process before shipping. These items include Final Sale Items, Clearance Sale Items, Swatches, and any item marked “Ship in 48hrs” on the product details page.
Made-To-Order Items
Most of our products are Made-to-Order, meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been confirmed. It can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it can be shipped.
Tailoring time differs from category to category. Please refer to the table below for the estimated tailoring times.
Wedding Dress:15-18 days
Mother of the Bride:12-15 days
Bridesmaid Dress:5-7 days
Ball Gown:12-15 days
Gril's Dress:6-8 days
In the case of orders containing multiple items, all products will be shipped together, and the total processing/tailoring time will be determined by the item with the longest processing/tailoring time.
Shipping Time&Charges
Shipping time differs for different places. Currently we are in the promotion period, the standard shipping fee is free. If you choose expedited shipping, the actual cost will be displayed on your checkout page and determined by the items in your order.

The Express shipping fee from $34.00
Specific processing time depends on the items. The delivery time of accessories, swatches, and some items depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock. We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will charge for cancellation of the order for more than 24 hours because the fabric used in the dress has been cut. When to Order
Total Delivery Time = Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window for your order, which will also be noted in your Order Confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together. Therefore, the total processing/tailoring time will depend on the product with the longest processing/tailoring time. Please refer to the “Processing Your Order” section for detailed processing/tailoring times of different products.
• For ready-made items, while it doesn’t take too long for these items to be processed and delivered, we recommend ordering at least 1 month before you need them.
• For made-to-order items, it can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it can be shipped. For example, wedding dresses can take several weeks to tailor plus additional time (differing from country to country) for shipping & delivery. Therefore, we recommend ordering made-to-order items 3-4 months before your event. This can also help prevent delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters or carrier-related issues.

Keep in mind that while some pages will give you an estimated delivery window, this will change at checkout based on the provided shipping address so check the delivery window at checkout before ordering.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately, if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Returns:
By placing an order on our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
