Processing/Tailoring Time
The processing time for Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses is 3-14 days, while Wedding Dresses require 14-17 days for processing.
In the case of orders containing multiple items, all products will be shipped together, and the total processing/tailoring time will be determined by the item with the longest processing/tailoring time.
Please note that for "Ship In 48 hrs" products, there may be occasional delays in fulfilling the promise of shipping within 48 hours. We kindly ask for your understanding in case this situation affects the estimated arrival time of your order.
Shipping Time&Charges
The package will typically take approximately 3-14 working days to reach your destination from our factories. The exact shipping time depends on the standard of the chosen shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.) and the shipping method you have selected.
Shipping Fees are determined based on the total weight of your order and the destination country for the dresses.

The Express shipping fee from $34.00.
Specific processing time depends on the items. The delivery time of accessories, swatches, and some items depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock. We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will charge for cancellation of the order for more than 24 hours because the fabric used in the dress has been cut. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns:
By placing an order on our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
